Tie two or three knots close to each other. Pull the thread through the nearest bead just to hide the knots inside the bead. Pull the thread through several next beads and then cut off the thread ends.

If it’s impossible to hide a knot inside a bead, cut off the thread ends close to the knot and put a dot of knot glue or clear nail polish there.
