Skill level: beginner

Toolbox:
• 20 diamond-shaped crystals in different colors (sizes from 6/0 to 4/0)
• 20 crimps
• 2 simple golden earring clasps
• Green or golden wire
• A toothpick
• Pliers

Step 1. Insert a clasp into a crystal, size 6/0, and secure the crystal on both sides with a pair of crimps.

Step 2. Take 8 inches long thread and double it. Then hang it up on a toothpick. String two crimps and a crystal (size 5/0) between the crimps on either end of the thread. Tighten the beads heading for the toothpick and secure the crimps.

Step 3. Secure the rest of the beads to the thread leaving 2.75 inches between the keeper bead and the toothpick. Cut the thread ends and put the clasp through the pendant loop. Make the other earring in the same way.
